Into the sunshine,                             射入日光，
full of the light,                                   晶莹弥漫，
leaping and flashing                         跳跃闪烁，
from morn till night!                         从早至晚！

Into the moonlight,                           射入月光，
white than snow,                              纯白逾雪，
wave so flower-like                         如彼花开，
when the winds blow!                     随风波屈！

Into the starlight,                              射入星光，
rushing in sptay,                              飞迸如霞，
happy at midnight,                           夜半欣然，
happy by day.                                    星亦欣然。

Ever in motion,                                   常在动中，
blithesome an cheery,                     载愉载恬，
still climbing heavenward,             永欲摩天，
never aweary:                                   不知疲倦；

Clad of all weathers,                        不分晴雨，
still seeming best,                            总觉欢乐，
upward or downward                      或上或下，
motion thy rest;                                 动中休息；

Full of a nature                                  精力充沛，
nothing can tame,                            不屈不挠，
changed every moment,                 刻刻变化，
ever the same;                                  不改其操；

Ceaseless aspiring,                         不断亢杨，
ceaseless content,                          不断满足，
darkness or sunshine                     无昼无夜，
thy element;                                       一元太极；

Glorious fountain!                             灿哉喷泉，
Let my heart be fresh,                     我心榜样，
changeful,constant,                         新颖多变，
upward like thee!                              恒走向上！
