随着民用航空的飞速发展,飞机结构和系统越来越复杂,要求飞机结构能满足强度、刚度和稳定性的要求,飞机的各系统能高效、稳定、安全地工作。保证飞机结构各部件的安全可靠以及各系统的稳定工作是保证飞机安全飞行和乘员舒适的基本条件。近几年来,发生了一些因飞机结构部件破坏和飞机系统故障影响飞行安全的事故。因此,地面机务维护人员加强对故障的预测和检查分析的能力就显得更加重要和必要。
希望能够分析飞机结构可能发生的破坏形式及检查分析结构损伤的方法,并能分析飞机各系统的组成和工作情况、飞机各系统的主要维护工作、常见故障以及分析处理方法。能够了解飞机专业知识及进行飞机故障诊断和分析的基础。
由于民用飞机是一个庞大的课题或者说是庞大的项目,还有就是由于时间和本人能力有限,所以有许多的内容没有涉及到,比如说照明系统、内设系统、动力装置部分系统、APU部分系统、吊挂、翼身对接、翼身整流、航空发动机,航空发动机可能是民用机里的大头了,很遗憾没有涉及到这方面,因为航空发动机可以单独去研究和探讨。现代飞机已不是莱特兄弟那个时代的了,已经是综合了许多的学科的一个项目,如机械、空气动力学、材料学、航空电子学等等。或许我只是介绍了民用机的冰山一角,还有许多还没有去介绍和探讨。如果有更多的时间去翻阅资料和手册的话,那样可以相对比较完整,同时我也感到我们国家在航空方面还是有许多的地方要向国外学习,无论我们过去设计的运十,还是与美国一起研制的MD,到现在的ARJ,毕竟那些还是参考了大量国外的图纸和资料,我们还是很落后,我们还有许多的路要走,还有许多的东西要去学习。
