With only less than 5 hours of sleep, every second counts...Every moment matters...just like how it would matter on the day of the run itself. 當我只有少過4個小時的睡眠，每一秒是珍貴的。。就像今天跑的每一步珍貴。。

I've run many races in my life, but this race is different. It isn't
about winning. It represents the passing of the human spirit, the
exchange of life's passion from torch to torch. This is LOVE, HONOR,
COURAGE, HOPE...這是恩典，獨特的機會，一生的榮耀。。。我這一生跑過很多賽跑， 但這次不一樣，這次不分輸贏。從火炬到火炬，都是愛，勇氣，榮譽，希望的傳遞！
